i gues the only similarity is that i don't fit in in groups. perhaps it's the truth. sometimes i'm just too prickly in what i say. i gather stares (sometimes fatal) from people who simply don't agree with me. but after all, the very fact why Jesus came to earth was a controversy. He came "not to bring peace to the earth, but a sword". (matthew 10:34) reflecting on this, it's quite true. the truth hurts. the truth can pierce like a sword into your heart. unless we face the truth in the face and acknowledge that we have been wrong, the truth is always there to prove that we are deceiving ourselves.
