more suede?

just when i thought that i should stop staring at the mango bags on my blog and go off to read my female mag, i had to stop at this page dedicated to suede. thankfully the only thing i could afford in that page was a suede belt from topshop at $33. and that is something i wouldn't want. *phew*

anyway, the weekend that past was fabulous. except i ended it dumped on the bed. i literally dumped myself on the bed out of fatigue. always thought the weekend is meant for doing things i liked, at a comfortable pace. but i'm not complaining. every day is filled with new discoveries.

sunday was definitely of new things. i visited The Coffee Connoiseur outlet at beach road. with nice cushy white leather sofa. first time there. this outlet was almost empty (save a group of middle-aged people sipping tea and a couple staring at each other). but it was a really cosy affair. had a nice time with jon, jerry, miri, hao, boy, theo and new friend gavin (miri & jerry's friend). whiled the afternoon away over a glass of iced raspberry tea and a slice of ole ole oh. yummy-licious!

after which, jerry, miri and gavin left. the rest of us headed for swee lee at bras basah, then to raffles city coz i had to attend the singapore fashion designers contest. my first fashion show. thought some of the contestants really had potential. spotted a few pieces which i would love to own, but....... *sigh* anyway, video presentation went smooth. current client went around boasting he was one of the first to get the software. some others expressed interest. it was truly a gift from God that all these happened. when we least expect it, He's there.




hot and sunny afternoon today. felt so lazy and tired. body was aching from the pills i took last night. but i suddenly remembered what my mummy bought... sweetened condensed milk! coupled with toast..... it's mind blowing! i couldn't stop eating it.... had 4 at a go! i'm growing fat.................
